A: We keep our costs down by operating lean. Plus, you’re saving time and hassle by having the work done at your location — that’s value you can feel.

  • Q: How do I book an appointment for new tires?
A: Fill out our short quote form and upload photos if needed, and we’ll send a custom quote. Once you select your tire and book a time, we’ll send an invoice. You can pay ahead or at time of service.

Q: Do you keep tires in stock?
A: We do not stock tires — this helps us keep overhead low and pricing competitive. We custom-order tires just for you, usually within 2 business days.

  • Q: Can you install tires I already have?
A: Absolutely! Just fill out our customer tire form so we can gather the right info. We’ll help you schedule and be ready to install on-site.

Q: Do you inspect the tires I bring?
A: We do a basic visual inspection for safety and fitment, but customers are responsible for ensuring their tires are the correct size and in good condition.

  • Q: What emergency services do you provide?
A: We offer roadside tire patching (when possible), spare tire installs, and a limited selection of tire replacement based on used tire availability. Call us directly for emergency help — we don’t schedule roadside assistance through our website.

Q: Do I need to pay before you come out?
A: Yes, we require upfront payment via an online invoice to dispatch for any roadside service.

  • Q: What is TPMS?
A: TPMS stands for Tire Pressure Monitoring System — it alerts you when tire pressure is too low. We can replace or troubleshoot sensors, whether you're getting new tires or not. If your vehicle. has a problem with its TPMS system, you’ll see a light on your dashboard that looks like an exclamation point with a horseshoe around it.

Q: Can TPMS be added during a tire install?
A: Yes — and that’s the most cost-effective time to do it. If you need TPMS work without getting tires, we can still help, but there may be additional labor charges.
